Job Summary:
The Receptionist, at Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients of the dealership. This individual will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the dealership .

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a part-time, hourly position. The employee will also be eligible for discounts on car purchases and services offered by Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Provide accurate information about the dealership, its products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Monitor visitor access and ensure security procedures are followed
- Handle customer complaints and direct them to the appropriate manager
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and reliable
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
