The Opportunity

The Ulteig Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Recruiter to manage our Campus/University Relations and Internship hiring. The Recruiter will also assist in hiring for other roles within the organization. This role will be responsible for full cycle recruiting events, and corresponding relationship development with administrators, professors, and students. In addition, this role will also be responsible for overall program management for hiring initiatives, such as our annual summer internship program and other hiring events throughout the academic year. Recruiters are key contributors to the organization and assist in executing the HR Strategy, our client’s business plan, as well as improve current processes and develop and deploy new processes as appropriate. This role has the flexibility to work both from home and in the office for moments that matter.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting Duties

Support full cycle recruiting for internship program and entry to mid-level roles Establish recruitment strategy, posting positions, sourcing, reviewing résumés, conducting initial screens, presenting qualified candidates, preparing offers of employment and ensuring completion of background checks/drug testing Serve as a consulting partner to assigned clients; develops and maintains strong working relationships with respective hiring managers and HR Business Partners Effectively manages the candidate workflow and updates the applicant tracking system timely to ensure compliance to company and employment guidelines May lead Talent Acquisition projects/initiatives as assigned Other duties as assigned

Campus/University Relations & Internship Program Duties

Own recruitment for campus recruiting across multiple functions including building a diverse talent pipeline Prepare and maintain University Relations related reports, statistics, and metrics, and package for distribution to relevant leadership Build highly workable relationships with academic partners, Ulteig leadership, team members, and candidates Communicate an employer brand message that reflects our organizational culture and values Serves as an ambassador of the Ulteig brand and delivers an excellent candidate experience Post internship and full-time openings on school specific job boards via platforms such as Handshake and Symplicity Coordinate on-campus and virtual recruiting event logistics including registration, invoice payment, organizing materials (banners, giveaways, table drapes, etc.) and Ulteig employee representation Execute operational aspects of the internship program including gathering intern requests

What We Expect From You

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related degree, OR equivalent experience. Minimum of 2-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience; previous campus recruiting, recruiting coordinator, or human resources experience preferred. Excellent verbal/written communications with all levels of team members inside and outside of the organization. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Ability to address issues and activities with a sense of urgency, handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion. Ability to examine current practices and present new ideas for process improvements using technology to enhance experience Excellent verbal/written communications with all levels, inside and outside of the organization. Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships. Demonstrated ability to take initiative to act and work through challenges to deliver quality work. Demonstrated ability to act with integrity by following Ulteig's processes. Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States

Additional Opportunity Details:

Compensation Range is Generally +/- 15% of Position Mid-Point of $98,000

The salary displayed represents the middle of a range. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role
