Senior Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex litigation matters and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role will require a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and other team members.Responsibilities:Case Management:Oversee the organization and management of complex litigation cases, including document review, production, and analysis. Maintain detailed case files, calendars, and deadlines. Coordinate with attorneys and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks. Discovery:Assist with the development and implementation of discovery plans. Review, analyze, and summarize large volumes of documents. Prepare privilege logs, document productions, and responses to discovery requests. Utilize e-discovery software to manage and analyze electronic data. Legal Research:Conduct legal research using online databases and other resources. Prepare legal memoranda and summaries of research findings. Assist with the drafting of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Trial Preparation:Assist with the preparation of trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks. Coordinate with court reporters, expert witnesses, and other third-party vendors. Assist with the organization and management of trial logistics. Team Leadership:Mentor and train junior paralegals. Delegate tasks and manage the workload of the paralegal team. Provide guidance and support to attorneys and other team members. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred. 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Advanced knowledge of e-discovery software and procedures. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
