Shift Supervisor - All Shifts (FT/PT)

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to help us grow our company by providing excellent service to our customers. The right candidate will be hard-working, friendly, customer-oriented, and must have strong communication skills to help push our business forward.

**Position Overview**

This positions primary responsibility is to make our business run smoothly from shift to shift. It is the responsibility of the Supervisor to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed by all employees on their shift. Also, they are responsible for providing the highest level of customer service (the Fine Experience) by creating a safe, seamless, and prompt parking experience with Fine Airport Parking.

**Salary: $13.00/hour**

**Shifts Available: Monday-Thursday 9:00 pm - 6:00 am or Friday-Sunday 9:00 pm - 6:00 am**

**Essential Job Functions**

**Preparing for your Shift:**

* Review Schedule at the start of each shift.

* Make sure you have proper staffing for your shift and all employees are at work.

* Make sure you have adequate shuttles and valets for your shift.

* Check in with the Shift Supervisor from the shift prior so you are aware of any information or issues you will need to address on your shift.

* Make sure cashiers have needed change and supplies for their shift.

**During your Shift:**

* Make sure all employees are in proper uniform with name tags.

* Pay attention to staff and make sure all standard operating procedures are being followed.

* Make sure all safety standards are being followed.

* Make sure all employees are at their posts performing their job.

* Make sure the lobby, restrooms and customer areas are clean and tidy.

* Make sure facility is clean and amenities prepared for guests.

* Monitor radio communication.

* Be readily available to assist with any customers that need management assistance.

* Complete any tasks or duties the GM has delegated to you.

* Ensure that all cashier shift reports have been completed and cash drops have been made.

* If there are any incidents that occur on your shift, complete appropriate paperwork, and take pictures. Gather all information necessary and e-mail directly to the GM.

* Before leaving, communicate with the Shift Manager coming on duty after you.

* A shift report should be completed and emailed to the GM and the rest of the addresses set up in the e-mail list after every shift detailing how your shift went and noting any specific problems or issues that occurred (incidents such as customer issues, shuttle issues, employee issues, accidents, claims, missed details, etc.).

* The company Uniform policy should always be enforced with all employees, including name tags being worn. Refer to the company employee handbook for FINE uniform standards.

* Attendance & Punctuality, Tardiness, and Call-ins are all outlined in the employee handbook. These policies are to be followed and enforced by the Shift Supervisor with every employee.

* Use appropriate documentation and disciplinary steps for employees in violation.

* It is important that the Shift Supervisor understands that it is extremely important to be fair and consistent with all employees

* All employee issues should be documented appropriately with notes or corrective actions in the HR system to become part of the employees electronic employee file.

* Must be available to work nights and weekends, as well as be flexible with the work schedule

**Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)**

* Must be able to drive all types of vehicles (4-wheel drive, dual wheels, manual/automatic transmission, electric vehicles).

* Current drivers license.

* Impeccable driving record.

* Must project professionalism and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Must project professional appearance, neatly groomed.

* Must be able to respond calmly and rationally when handling conflict.

**Educational and Experience Requirements**

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Prior experience working with the general public in any setting. Directly related experience in a management role and in a customer service role preferred.

**Work Environment/Physical Demands**

* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.

* Able to work long hours in all elements of the weather (wind, cold, heat, snow, rain, etc.).

* Must be able to jog periodically and walk or stand for long periods of time.

* Must be able to maneuver through the property quickly and efficiently utilizing stairs, elevator or walking long distances.
