Litigation Paralegal

Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our client in Moorestown, NJ This permanent opportunity offers $30-$38/Hour The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to attorneys, manage case files, and play a key role in trial preparation and court proceedings. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency with legal documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and preparation.
  
• Draft and revise pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  
• Manage case calendars, schedules, and document organization to ensure deadlines are met.
  
• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, evidence, and other necessary materials.
  
• Coordinate court filings, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certificate and/or degree in Paralegal Studies.
  
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation support.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with electronic documentation systems is a plus.
  
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
