Responsibilities Manage workload of CP/Waiver cases, including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, consular processing, and K-Visa.Prepare clients for their consulate interview. Represent clients before USCIS. Review immigration applications/packets prepared. Manage team of paralegals to meet productivity goals and client expectations. Provide legal analysis for clients to determine any possible case benefits.
