As our impressive growth continues across the MidAtlantic, we are currently recruiting a Medical Receptionist to help us continue the tradition of providing quality OB/GYN care to patients at our locations in West Orange, NJ.Candidate will be responsible for working one evening shift per week one early start per week 6:45am otherwise 7:30-4:30pm morning shift and late closing 10-7pm.The PSRwill be responsible for greeting patients, activating patient files, and for providing support to patients and medical staff. Job duties include but are not limited to:Promptly and professionally answers telephone calls (as well as retrieve messages that are received viaanswering service). Route calls appropriately, offering voicemail, paging, or redirection of calls as needed.Greet patients/visitors and assist and direct them accordingly.
