Description of Role

The Client Service Associate role will be an addition to our growing Client Service Team. The new team member will be responsible for directly supporting the firm by facilitating the operational processes regarding client onboarding, client reviews and support. This candidate is expected to have ample experience in the RIA industry.

Specific Responsibilities & Activities

The Client Service Associate will be part of a group that is responsible for:

o Account Paperwork:

Facilitation of all account paperwork

Responsible for all new business submission

Research and resolve issues from investment custodian

o Onboarding:

Ownership and facilitation of client onboarding

Establishment and Communication of Client Credentials

o Client Experience:

Prepare for meetings with clients with reports and templates built out that are client specific.

Promptly and effectively address client inquires and requests while providing proactive communication to clients

Maintain internal documents and technologies to ensure all data is correct and accurate

o Scheduling:

Coordination of all client review scheduling with advisors

o Office Management Support

Responsible for managing and replenishing all office supplies

Responsible for answering and coordinating all inbound calls

Responsible for greeting any clients, prospects, or visitors

Responsible for management of office scanning, inbound mail, and outbound mail

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelors Degree in Business or Equivalent Work Experience

10 years Work Experience within Financial Services Industry (RIA preferred)

Prior experience with the following is preferred:

o Fidelity IWS

o RedTail

o Black Diamond

o EMoney

o MoneyGuide Pro

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work with diverse personalities

Strong Problem Solving Skills

Demonstrated integrity and ability to maintain confidence
