Additional Information

The Portable Service Route Driver operates a company service truck and drives to various locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and/or holding tanks. This position is integral to our success.

• Operate service truck to and from pre-designated work sites based on assignment information
• Inspect, clean and store toilets and sinks at customer work sites
• Troubleshoot and address basic repair and maintenance as needed on-site as to not disrupt the customer experience
• Report all special maintenance requests and/or equipment replacements
• Work with office staff to keep updated on service schedule changes throughout the day and adapt to changes as needed
• Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with ASC and DOT requirements
• Maintain a clean and fully stocked truck
• Conduct all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with ASC and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries
• Interact with customers on-site to ensure they are getting the services completed to their standard
• Carry out duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. In addition, perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. on a frequent basis during the work shift
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to be most efficient as well as give the customer the best service possible
• Perform other duties as assigned
