Stellenbeschreibung Im Team des zentralen Beteiligungscontrolling bist Du das Bindeglied zwischen dem übergreifenden Finanzbereich der Ströer Gruppe und den von Dir betreuten Beteiligungen Du begleitest die Financial Reporting Prozesse für die von Dir betreuten Beteiligungen im Monatsabschluss, Forecast und Budget (u. a. Durchführung von Abstimmungen und Prüfung von Datenqualität) Du führst kaufmännische Analysen, Soll-/Ist-Abweichungen und Plausibilitätsprüfungen durch Du bearbeitest Ad-Hoc Anfragen und bereitest die Ergebnisse für den Vorstand auf Du identifizierst Handlungsfelder und bringst entsprechende Impulse für Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung des nachhaltigen Erfolgs der Ströer Gruppe mit ein

Qualifikationen Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Du besitzt zwei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im (Beteiligungs-)Controlling oder in der Unternehmensberatung Du besitzt fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint; Kenntnisse in SAP und in Tagetik sind von Vorteil Du hast Spaß daran, Dir über (Detail-)Analysen einen Überblick zu verschaffen und besitzt die Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an zielorientierter selbständiger Denk- und Vorgehensweise und überzeugst durch hohe Leistungsbereitschaft Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein souveränes Auftreten; gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind von Vorteil
