As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, now is the perfect time to join our clinical team ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a reliable and motivated Behavior Technicians (BT) to support our ABA therapy for children with Autism. Behavior Technicians utilize evidence-based interventions to produce socially significant change in their clients' lives, under the direct supervision from their Supervisor/Licensed Behavior Analyst. To best ensure maintenance and generalization of therapy progress, ABA sessions are conducted in the clinic, home and school settings. Front Office Coordinator. Tualatin, OR 97062RESPONSIBILITIES · Works in-person, providing ABA therapy to individuals with special needs/developmental disabilities · Utilize evidence-based ABA procedures and protocols · Receive ongoing training to provide behavior therapy/Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and ongoing case-specific training · Attend and engage in all team meetings and clinic trainings · Implement ethical ABA services with the most current evidence-based procedures · Communicate with parents regarding clinical progress · Participate in all scheduled therapy sessions and record related data to track all therapy goals · Document services rendered in a timely manner using LifeStance EHR system · Office upkeep and making sure space is clean and clutter free · General office duties, such as patient appointment coordination, scanning documents, and Efaxes · All other office duties as assigned by the Program ManagerSKILLS & EXPERIENCE · High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education or related field preferred · 1 year of experience working with the child and adolescent population · Completion of 40-hour Behavioral Analyst Interventionist (BAI) Program · State certified as a Behavior Analyst Interventionist · Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a fast-paced, demanding work environment · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal · Knowledge of technology-based systems including Microsoft Office applications, digital data collection and use of electronic health systems - Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States - Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture - LifeStance is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status About LifeStance HealthLifeStance is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering.
