Summary:

As a Total Rewards Coordinator you will play a vital role in helping our organization design, implement, and manage a holistic total rewards strategy. This strategy will encompass compensation, rewards and recognition, as well as well-being programs to attract and retain top talent. You will work closely with the Total Rewards team and other cross-functional teams to ensure our programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with PGTIs core values.

What You'll Do:

The Total Rewards Coordinator will administer PGTIs rewards and recognition program, as well as the well-being initiative across all PGTI Brands. They will work closely with all locations to implement a consistent program across all brands that are compliant and align to PGTIs core values. From time to time they may assist with compensation initiatives.

Rewards & Recognition Programs

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement team member recognition programs.
  • Maintain and promote a culture of appreciation and recognition throughout the organization.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of recognition initiatives and propose improvements.

Well-Being Initiative

  • Assist in the design and administration of wellness programs, including health assessments, fitness challenges, and mental health resources.
  • Promote Team Member well-being through communication and engagement campaigns.
  • Participate in Thrive with PGTIs Well-Being Committee
  • Analyze wellness program metrics to measure the impact and adjust strategies accordingly.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure that all Total Rewards programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on Total Rewards metrics and trends for senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records and data related to rewards and recognition, and well-being programs.

Compensation:

  • Assist in the analysis of market salary data and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Participate in the annual salary review process, including conducting market research and providing recommendations.
  • Help administer various compensation programs, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity awards.


Who You Are:

Must Haves:? ?

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Total Rewards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
