Etex are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Customer Service Team, based in Burton upon Trent. At Etex we embrace the new world of hybrid and remote working.

****Reporting line****

The Customer Service Advisor will report into the Customer Service Manager.

****The Role****

Working as a Customer Service Advisor you will ensure all inbound customer calls are managed correctly and requirements are processed right first time. You will;

* Respond and take ownership of our customers orders and to deliver inspirational customer service

* Answer customer enquiries relating to our products and services, in a way that reinforces the benefits of being a customer of Etex Exteriors UK Ltd

* Undertake additional, customer related activities as reasonably requested by your Manager

* Be the key contact for customers and the external sales team by proactively managing all aspects of the customer ordering process end to end

This is a 2 shift pattern based role, and rotates weekly:

* 08.00-16.00 Mon-Thurs, 08.00-15.00 Friday

* 09.00-17.00 Mon-Thurs, 09.00-16.00 Friday

****The Person****

At Etex Exteriors UK Ltd we are looking for a dedicated, communicative and innovative person to join our team, for this position you will also require:

* Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment (preferably within a construction / manufacturing environment)

* Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when undertaking order processing

* Professional telephone manner plus ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.

* Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above

* Ability to use Microsoft & Excel Basic level

* SAP experience beneficial
