**Description**
Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Food Service and Nutrition. This position is responsible for completing all assigned duties in a safe, timely and sanitary manner. Assignment include but are not limited to preparing food, stocking supplies, maintaining an organized clean work environment and following all food procurement policies and procedures. Must have Food Handler's Card
Education:High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to communicate, read and write English. Requires basic mathematical skills.
Experience:Hospital Experience in a Acute Care or Long Term Care facility, Restaurant or Commercial Food Service experience preferred. Understanding of therapeutic diets. At least 5 years of experience.
License and cert: Food Handlers Card
