Procurement to Pay Specialist (Ariba) LHH recruitment is hiring for a Procurement to Pay Specialist in the Miramar, FL area. Our client is looking for a procurement to pay specialist with a strong background in data analytics and Ariba experience. You are a great fit if: · Procurement to Pay experience. · Strong advanced Excel experience · Ariba experience required. · SAP experience strongly preferred. Responsibilities to include: · Adding & maintaining Users & user approval groups. · Creating & maintaining Punchout Catalogs. · Creating & maintaining CIF catalogs. · Creating & maintaining Blanket Purchase orders. · Helping users with Ariba questions & problems. · Helping to ensure transactions are flowing through the Ariba system. · Purchase Requisitions are being approved. · Helping users resolve Invoice Reconciliations. · PO Received Quantity Variances, PO Price Variances, PO Amount Variances, and Tax Variances. · Running analytics, creating Excel Spreadsheets & PowerPoint presentations to show data in an understandable format. This position is a contract to hire opportunity that will pay $55k-$58k. Please apply today
