Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Planning Attorney at Miller & Stevens Law. The Estate Planning Attorney will be responsible for drafting and analyzing legal contracts, assisting clients with estate planning and probate matters, and addressing real estate needs. The Attorney will also handle estate administration and succession planning tasks.

Qualifications

  • Estate Planning, Probate, and Succession Planning skills
  • 2+ years Experience in Estate Law and Estate Administration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
  • Close proximity to Forest Lake a plus
