Were seeking a highly organized, technically savvy Junior Project Manager to support fast-moving media technology initiatives across mobile, web, and connected TV platforms. This role is deeply embedded in the engineering ecosystemsupporting ad tech, video operations, product workflows, and cross?platform integrations that power our streaming, VOD, FAST, and digital media experiences. This is not a customer?support or asset?delivery role. This PM must understand the technology behind digital experiences, collaborate directly with engineers, and help drive operational excellence in a complex, streaming?focused environment. What Youll Do Partner closely with engineering teams to define requirements, manage interdependencies, and drive clarity in evolving technical projects. Support technical integrations across analytics, ad tech, APIs, identity systems, video players, and content delivery workflows. Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure on?time delivery across mobile, web, and CTV platform initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure deliverables meet engineering and platform standards. Coordinate and facilitate agile ceremonies, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and maintain project artifacts. Use project management tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) to track tickets, update Kanban boards, and report on milestones. Identify process gaps and propose operational improvements within a technical and fast?paced environment. Support cross?functional collaboration across engineering, product, ad operations, and video/streaming technology teams. What Youll Bring Must Have: 35 years of experience in project or program management within a digital media, streaming, or technical environment. Hands?on experience collaborating with software engineers and technical teams. Cross?platform experience spanning mobile, web, and CTV, ideally within a streaming or digital content ecosystem. Experience with technical integrations such as analytics, ad tech, APIs, video players, identity systems, or similar. Understanding of SDLC concepts and exposure to Kanban or Agile methodologies. Strong communication skills with the ability to read the room, drive alignment, and keep technical teams unblocked. A proactive, problem?solving mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and thrive in a fast?paced environment with frequently shifting priorities. Preferred Experience (Nice to Have) Ad tech experienceespecially within FAST, live events, or streaming ad operations. Experience working with VOD or video delivery platforms. Exposure to reporting/analytics teams or data instrumentation workflows. Experience operating within digital content ecosystems such as YouTube, Peacock, PlutoTV, Hulu, Disney+, etc. Background supporting enterprise planning cycles or PMO?driven processes.
