Assistant Plant Controller

Overall responsibilities and duties:The Assistant Plant Controller is involved in the controlling of a plant in order to guarantee and optimise the plant's financial performance and competitiveness. The main missions of the role are: Ensure compliance to all financial proceduresDevelop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policiesEnsure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings, ...)and internal control basicsProvide reliable financial / controlling information Participate in financial forecasting processes, providing data for budget, periodic forecast, ...Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and delay complianceUpdate information into the ERP SystemEnsure reliability of standard costingContribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control ...Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing proper finance informationContribute to the control and management of the plant's operating cash flow (capex, inventories, over dues)All other tasks assignedQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have/be:Minimum education level: Master's DegreeExperience:Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Master's degree in Finance First experience in controlling, or significant apprenticeship experience in controlling preferably in industrial environmentSkills and competencies:Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systemsSolid accounting knowledgeStrong teamwork Good communication skillsFluent in English requiredCommitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management
