Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements), order forms, SOWs and amendments required to support business activitiesManage vendor initiatives including sourcing activities (RFx), supplier selection, contract/pricing negotiation and spend tool administrationBuild strategic partnerships and serve as a procurement/contracting SME to our business partners by providing guidance on sourcing, contracting and vendor management strategiesAnalyze company spend regularly to appropriately determine and execute on sourcing initiative and cost saving opportunitiesPartner with Legal, Corporate Accounting, Risk and Compliance teams with respect to contract reviews, threatened and actual litigation, corporate compliance issues, and other similar matters affecting the supported business unitsAttend and/or lead team meetings reporting on contract status and metrics related to renewals, vendor spend, and cost savingsHelp create, deploy and maintain best in class procurement, contracting and vendor management processes and workflows for the Technology organizationEducate and train our business partners on the VMO processes and other related content2+ years of experience related to contracts management experience - exposure to negotiating and reviewing range of agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements), order forms, SOWs and amendments required to support business activities.Business/commercial side, not as much the legal side - payment terms, scope of the services, etc.Strong aptitude for numbers, finance basics and ability to multi-task (need to be able to understand the spend amount in the contract, etc)Experience working in for technology companies or supporting technology organizations.Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.Experience with e-signature tools and spend management tools.Adobe Sign for E-signature toolRaindrop for spend management toolsExperience with indirect procurement (strategic sourcing, category/supplier/spend management), contractsStrong knowledge of procurement, contracting and vendor management principlesExcellent attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent negotiation skillsExcellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage and resolve conflicts successfully#J-18808-Ljbffr
