Job Description
Job Title: Senior Developer

Job Duration: Full-Time/40 Hours a week/Permanent

Job Duties:

Responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality, trust, accountability, and usability, through modifications to data management policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools, and data architecture. Write unit test cases for software system testing and validation procedures to verify that the software product has met the business requirements. Defect fixing by making appropriate changes in the code design, interacting with clients to understand requirements, developing standards, and assisting in project planning. Develop, integrate and test enterprise software platforms and projects, involved in the complete software development life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, debugging, and maintenance of Software applications. Provide support to roll out our multidomain with an emphasis on continually building, supporting, and enhancing Core Disciplines with best practice dynamic methodology, and roadmap. Hands-on experience with Data Governance software and building metamodels. Experience in governing the core data systems, Enterprise Data Lakes/Hubs, reporting systems using data catalog, and supporting business and technical information. Develop and extend the OOTB (Out of The Box) Data Governance frameworks according to the architecture design. Partner with business functions, data owners, stewards, custodians, IT, security, compliance, and privacy to build, implement, evangelize, and maintain responsive and resilient data governance concepts. Work with the key components of the Data Governance Center such as Business Glossary, Reference Data, Stewardship, Data Catalog (Dictionary), Data Helpdesk, Policy Manager, Issue Management, Collibra Connectors (JDBC and REST API), Tableau Reporting, Data Quality Dashboard. Analyze Metadata and schema and perform schema metadata enrichment and scheduling incremental schema refresh using Cron feature in Data Governance tool based on Business Users' input. Work with third-party entities and other teams on products and solutions Support objectives to integrate Agile principles into data practices and work to deliver Agile-based module development along with cross-functional communication, requirements traceability, prioritization, and governance delivery. Ensure the appropriate application of policies control standards and procedures. Provide on-call application Production support and work with third party entities and other teams on products and solutions. Work with production and technical support team to solve/analyze production issues. Prepare High level and Low-level design documents in compliance with customers' standards, and get the designs approved prior to development.

Job Requirements: Required Masters or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Analytics, CIS, MIS, Engineering (any), or related field. Must be able to travel/relocate to various client sites throughout the U.S.

Salary Range: $114,067.00 to 119,000.00/Year
