About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, strategic Senior Program and Portfolio Manager that can wear multiple hats, navigating the landscape of program management, project management, and delivery management. As the founding member, you'll have the opportunity to shape this critical function, establishing best practices and implementing strategies from the ground up.

You'll oversee our entire portfolio of projects across our feature teams and platform team, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget. You'll play a significant part in project planning, managing and and tracking project status and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and liaising with our stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership and exceptional communication skills.

What you’ll do here

Portfolio Management:

Manage Way2B1's entire project portfolio spanning feature and platform teams. Ensure projects align with our goals and are executed within scope, time, and budget.

Project Management:

Craft timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Closely track project status and timelines.

Visibility:

Provide leadership and stakeholders with visibility, tracking, resource use, team performance, and project health via status reporting.

Team Communication:

Serve as a conduit between design, product, engineering, and stakeholders, understanding and pre-empting interdependencies.

Delivery Excellence:

Design performance measurement tools, identify program risks, and guarantee client deliverables for our major accounts.

Best Practices:

Define and promote project management standards and methodologies, continuously evaluating and enhancing our approach.

Knowledge and Insights:

Drive a culture of knowledge-sharing and implement insights from project retrospectives, ensuring teams learn and evolve.

What sets you apart

Experience:

Proven track record leading SaaS programs across multifunctional teams. A deep understanding of SaaS is required.

Technical Prowess:

Possess a technical abilities with insights into software methodologies, architecture, and infrastructure.

Experience introducing or refining program management frameworks in organizations.

Exceptional communication and execution skills. Ability to manage and exceed stakeholder expectations, balancing multiple tasks in a high-paced setting.
