The Opportunity

Enshored is seeking a Data Analyst to support the CEO, CFO, and other executives with preparation

and analysis of combined financial and operational performance data for Enshored and its related

entities.

The Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain financial analytics processes and reports Prepare or assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and other period-based

financial reporting, such as variances to budget and forecast, and coordinate timely

distribution to appropriate stakeholders.

Prepare and track key performance indicators, other metrics, and business or operational

trend data to support dashboards and other management reporting.

Support annual projects on profit margin by client, salary reviews, and other projects. Other general financial activities such as maker/authorizer on regular banking

transactions.

Requirements

You have strong Excel and GSuite skills. Familiarity with Quickbooks and NetSuite applications is a plus. You have a working knowledge of key financial, accounting, and business metrics. Your attention to detail is applied to visual, verbal, and written communication to communicate

data and analytics effectively with leadership.

Ability to perform well in a team environment, including sharing information and assisting

others with close and reporting duties to meet monthly deadlines.

Understanding of the communication challenges of working in a multi cultural, international,

24x7 environment—you need to be flexible in order to work with colleagues in different

timezones.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other analytical discipline is preferred. 1-3 years work experience in a similar role is preferred.
