About the role

The Embedded Lending Specialist ensures that all processes related to loan servicing are efficiently carried out and that the loans are in compliance with banking regulations.

Essential Duties

• Managing Embedded Lending Portfolios
• Processing and verifying loan payments from partners
• Administering and managing borrower loan accounts after disbursement
• Performing detailed loan file audits
• Ensuring compliance with banking laws, regulations, and company policies
• Providing customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues related to loans
• Loan funding for programs
• Reconciling loan balances and maintaining accurate financial records

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years' banking experience, Loan Operations preferred
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office programs
• Strong technical skills and demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment and exhibit a sense of urgency, a commitment to customer service, quality, and timely completion of duties without oversight
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication/presentation skills (both written and verbal)

Working Conditions

This role will typically be performed in an office-based setting. The noise level in the work environment(s) is relatively quiet.

Cognitive and Physical Demands

Daily/consistent: remaining stationary, computer work, keyboarding, typing, wrist flexing/extension and other repetitive.
