Position Summary: Our company is growing rapidly and is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Recruiter Assistant. The role is critical in executing our day-to-day recruiting functions, providing exceptional external and internal customer support, while continuously improving our recruitment and selection process. Essential Functions: + Assist in recruitment efforts. + Screen applicants via the Applicant Tracking System – Oracle Cloud Recruiting. + Post jobs in the Applicant Tracking System. + Answer calls. + Protect the security of information, data and files. + Assist field management in the hiring process. + Maintain confidentiality at all times. + Carry out other related duties as required and assigned. Minimum Requirements: + 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and / or human resources practices and principals preferred. + A minimum of an Associate Degree required. + Experience with Oracle Cloud Recruiting a plus. + Social Media recruiting experience a plus. + Able to meet tight deadlines. + Excellent phone etiquette. + Must have excellent customer service skills. + Must have excellent multi-tasking skills. + Confidentiality a must. + Punctuality a must. + Effective Problem-Solving skills. + Time management skills. + Organized and responsible. + Excellent communication skills. + Excellent corporate etiquette. + Knowledge of recruitment and/hiring process a plus. + Hard working and dynamic person. + Good computer skills. + Interpersonal Skills. + Committed to diversity and equality culture. + Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets while working in an extremely fast paced environment. + Dependable. + Efficient. + Ethical.
