Energy Project Manager

Looking for an immediate Energy Project Manager for a hybrid role primarily based on Long Island. The ideal candidate will have experience with energy calculations, prior end client communication experience, and 10 years of experience.
Description:
+ Oversees scheduling, budgeting, and construction management of projects consistent with predetermined plans, specifications, and contractual commitments.
+ Evaluates scope of work, schedules, and budget requirements on projects developed internally and externally.
+ Provides design review function for maximum system reliability, safety, and construction.
+ Strong ability to comprehend energy savings calculations and expectations for energy performance contracts.
+ Is liaison between company and outside regulatory agencies, utilities, and engineering firms for coordination of project management requirements.
+ Performs as the primary point of contact with Owner, Subcontractors and Consultants.
+ Conducts data collection and project reporting. Publishes as comprehensive monthly report to Owner in accordance with established corporate guidelines.
+ Reviews and provides technical and economic evaluation of new proposals.
+ Collaborates with the Project Development team to support proposal submissions, project interviews, provide design and constructability reviews and develop prime contracts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Energy or Construction-related specialty
+ 10-15 years relevant experience in energy conservation projects, construction management
+ Strong ability to comprehend energy savings calculations and expectations for energy performance contracts.
+ Strong Construction Project Management experience and understanding in a commercial setting
+ Strong understanding of NY and NJ construction protocol
