**Job Title: TIG Welder**
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our dynamic team. Your daily tasks will include welding and fabricating intricate parts from all positions in accordance with blueprint specifications. Your work will encompass a mix of custom and production welding, with a primary focus on repairing and building new items such as mufflers, engine mounts, and single and twin engine pistons. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that no less than 90% of completed parts successfully pass the inspection process and actively participate in semi-annual process improvement initiatives. Following safety policies and guidelines, maintaining a clean workspace, and completing necessary documentation for work tracking will be integral parts of your role.
**Qualifications:**
+ TIG Welding on aluminum thin gauge material
+ Welding .040" or thinner
+ 6061 fillet and grove welds at full penetration
+ Fabrication and welding of customer parts and assemblies
+ High Variety, low volume part work
**Pay:**
+ $25-32/hour depending on a weld test
