Role Overview:
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that enhance our brand's presence and engagement. You will work closely with a dedicated Video Editor to produce high-quality video content tailored to each platform. Your role will involve managing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on the latest trends to ensure our content remains fresh and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
· Collaborate with the Video Editor to create, edit, and produce engaging video content that aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.
· Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
· Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content relevant and engaging.
· Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
· Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns and content.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
· Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Experience working with video content and collaborating with video editors.
· Knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
· Must be fluent in Farsi and English.
