Overview:

Reporting directly to Senior Director, Corporate FP&A and Treasury, the Assistant Treasurer at Revvity will play a pivotal role in managing global treasury operations and leading strategic initiatives to optimize the company's financial performance. You will oversee cash management, credit administration, and foreign exchange (FX) hedging activities, as well as spearhead efforts in the centralization of operations, banking optimization, and foreign cash repatriation. You will work closely with the global tax and controllership teams, as well as external corporate banking partners and credit rating agencies. Additionally, you will lead a small global team of analysts, providing guidance, support and mentorship. This is a hybrid opportunity with Tuesday through Thursday in the office work schedule based at our headquarters in Waltham, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities
  • Leading global day-to-day treasury operations including overseeing the balance sheet hedging program, global cash forecasting, debt and liquidity management, and intercompany netting program. Driving process improvement in core operations through standardization and automation.
  • Partnering with Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis on forecasting and reporting cash, liquidity, debt/leverage, and credit metrics. Provide monthly updates to Chief Financial Officer and prepare quarterly materials for Audit Committee.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate banking partners and supporting credit rating agency requests.
Strategic Initiatives
  • Centralizing operations through consolidation of global Treasury resources and processes into central corporate team. Partnering with Digital Finance Leader to define treasury digital roadmap and prepare for ERP upgrade.
  • Developing and executing strategy to optimize global banking footprint and reduce the number of accounts and banking partners.
  • Implementing standardized foreign cash repatriation processes to enable capital deployment strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.
  • A minimum of 10 years of finance experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of management/supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree.
  • Experience in Corporate Treasury or Corporate Banking.
  • Robust project management skills with experience leading global teams. Allocates time and resources efficiently, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Accountable for meeting challenging deadlines with speed and quality.
  • Strategic thinker with strong bias for action while considering potential outcomes from multiple angles. Always driving towards simplification and transparency.
  • Competitive team player that is a self-motivated, high-energy individual. Desire to win and drive towards outsized performance. Able to lead at all levels of the organization (Executives, peers, and team members).
  • Comfortable working with senior management. Builds constructive, effective relationships and able to influence peers and executive management.
  • Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization verbally and in writing. Produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with financial applications such as Bloomberg, SAP, and Microsoft Suite required.
