Document Control / Quality Associate Position Title: Document Control / Quality Associate Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity for a Document Control / Quality Associate with our client in Redmond, Washington. Job Responsibilities Maintain and administer the document control system to ensure accurate and compliant documentation of all controlled records, procedures, and quality documents. Process document change authorizations (DCAs), manage document revisions, and ensure proper review, approval, and distribution of controlled documents. Receive, inspect, and dispose of materials (finished medical devices, product returns) to ensure compliance with procedures. Maintain an accurate inventory of all controlled materials. Maintain compliance with documentation practices per 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485. Support training documentation, ensuring employees are trained on the current document versions. Provide administrative support for quality system processes such as audits, CAPAs, and design history file (DHF) maintenance. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to document control processes. Job Qualifications Associate's or Bachelors degree in a scientific, technical, or administrative field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in a document control or quality assurance role, preferably in the medical device industry. Familiarity with regulated documentation requirements in the medical device industry, including FDA QSR and ISO 13485 requirements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using Google and Microsoft. Ability to support cross?functional teams and communicate effectively.
