As a Truck Driver for BigM, you will be crucial in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our products across various locations, directly impacting our promise of customer satisfaction. This role requires dedication, reliability, and the ability to adapt to varying conditions on the road. Operate and manage BigM's transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and time management. Navigate a variety of routes to deliver goods to different BigM locations while adhering to all traffic and transportation laws. Perform vehicle inspections prior to and following each trip, and report any issues or concerns. Maintain communication with the central dispatch unit to promptly address any delays or issues with the routes or deliveries. Ensure all paperwork concerning cargo is complete and in order, and maintain a log of their working hours to comply with state and federal regulations. Assist in loading and unloading goods to ensure that merchandise is handled properly and is delivered in a pristine condition.
