Primary Care Physician - Core Faculty Opportunity in Victorville, CALocation: Victorville, California Specialty: Internal Medicine (Academic) Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Setting: Outpatient, Academic Position OverviewAn exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join a multi-specialty group in Southern California as a Core Faculty Member for the Internal Medicine Residency Programs. This role combines clinical practice with teaching, mentoring, and academic involvement, ideal for physicians passionate about medical education and patient-centered care. Position HighlightsServe as Core Faculty for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Residency Programs Provide high-quality outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population Mentor, teach, and supervise residents in both clinic and academic settings Participate in curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with an experienced and supportive medical team ScheduleMonday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Outpatient only Open to Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per-Diem availability Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with production bonus opportunities Employment Type: W2 or 1099 available Comprehensive Benefits Package, including: - Health insurance at no cost to provider - 401(k) retirement plan - CME allowance - Malpractice insurance - Relocation reimbursement - Sign-on bonus RequirementsBoard Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Commitment to resident education and academic involvement Ability to manage a patient panel of 20-25 per day Spanish-speaking preferred EMR experience with NextGen Additional InformationThis is a fantastic opportunity to blend clinical care and teaching in a collaborative environment that values academic excellence and compassionate service.
