Position: Financial Analyst

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Job Description: Join our esteemed firm as a Financial Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our investment and financial management activities. You will work closely with senior team members to analyze financial data, assess investment opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and financial reports
  • Perform due diligence activities, including reviewing historical financial statements, market data, and industry trends.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Support the preparation of investor communications and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, tax, and operational professionals to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques; advanced Excel skills required.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
