What You Will be Doing:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will help design, automate, and improve processes to ensure that our team can move with agility and stay disciplined. You will assist in the development of quantifiable automation tools and cost-efficient processes. You will contribute fresh ideas, novel approaches, and creative solutions as part of the team, helping to push boundaries and explore new possibilities.

Your Core Focus: Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment. Configure and manage build agents, release pipelines, and QA deployment environments. Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments utilizing automated security testing tools to identify and remediate security weaknesses in our applications. Automate security tests wherever possible to streamline the process and ensure continuous security feedback using tools like static code analysis, dynamic application security testing (DAST), and container security scanning. Collaborate with the QA automation team to develop customer-oriented test environments, incorporating load testing, volume testing, and throughput testing. Grow your knowledge and skillset of all things cloud-native, DevOps, and agile.

Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent professional experience. 3-5 years of DevOps experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline management. Experience in other Azure DevOps services, including Azure Repos, Azure Boards, and Azure Artifacts. Familiarity with other CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Maven) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of security best practices for cloud environments and experience implementing security controls in Azure. Experience automating tools like static code analysis, dynamic application security testing (DAST), container security scanning, and infrastructure as code (IaC) security scanning. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
