Pay Rate: $25

Must Haves:

2-5 years of credit/collections experience

MS Office experience

Preferred:

SAP/Collections software (HighRadius, Jesta or GetPaid is a big plus)

Bachelors degree

Job Summary/Description:

Responsibilities

Handle territory of accounts as assigned by Credit Manager.

Prepare reports with credit information for use in decision making.

Set and maintain customer credit limits.

Assess credit history/worthiness to help make future decisions.

Perform ongoing cash collections.

Assist with order management and risk assessment.

Research and resolve customer disputes/charge backs.

Elevate problems to appropriate level.

Qualifications

2-5 years of successful commercial collection and/or credit experience.

Experience with credit worthiness determination and collections are required.

Microsoft office experience is required.

SAP / Collection Software experience is desired.

Bachelor's Degree is desired.

Must be analytical, detail oriented, articulate and must be able to work independently.

Excellent follow through skills.

Will be service oriented and have experience managing a territory of retail customers
