In this role, you'll support our patients as they work toward recovery, providing the compassion and encouragement that make all the difference.

About the Role

As a Residential Technician, you'll play an essential role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring safety and security in the residential area
• Administering medications as needed
• Assisting with transportation
• Helping with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• Providing emotional support and hands-on assistance to individuals as they navigate recovery

Flexible Scheduling

We understand the importance of a balanced schedule and offer flexibility with the following shifts:

• PRN (as needed): Minimum 2 shifts per month

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals who are committed to personal and professional growth. The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain onsite)
• Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certification preferred (or willingness to become certified)
• Ability to safely lift 35-50 pounds
• Narcan administration training (or willingness to complete training)
