Job Responsibilities: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of internal flight hardware. As needed, support the review and inspection of supplier related hardware. Document First Article Inspection Reports for internally produced hardware. Provide training and/or assistance to other team members in the use of quality procedures and/or tools. Conduct process health assessments and internal audits for compliance with industry standards and provide ongoing objective evaluations of processes and documentation. Conduct follow-up and compliance audits to ensure process improvement and corrective / preventive action implementation and effectiveness. Support engineering teams in managing material review areas and assisting work order closure reviews on aerospace systems and hardware Develop continuous improvement activities and conduct compliance surveillance assessments Monitor the replacement of facility and engine hardware ensuring all appropriate safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) precautions and maintenance procedures were adhered to Perform test stand surveys, ensuring that all areas are within current and applicable standards You will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of company engines test operations Requirements: Quality experience and relevant education in a related technical field. Quality Assurance experience supporting engine test activities, manufacturing and launch operations environment. Knowledgeable on technical documentation, system configuration and assemblies. Familiarity performing AS9100 or ISO9001 audits within a Quality Management System. Ability to support test and launch operations for non-standard shift as required. Note: Need candidates with aerospace/aviation/space/naval/automotive /manufacturing or relevant experience. Compensation: The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
