Job Title: Program Coordinator II Location: Texas A&M International University, Austin, TX 78719 The Program Coordinator II, under general supervision, works collaboratively with leadership to plan, develop, and implement programs. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in establishing short and long-term goals and strategic planning. Creating new and expanded programs in collaboration with others. Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Overseeing daily fiscal and purchasing activities, and assisting in budget preparation and monitoring for programs and events. Identifying funding opportunities. Planning, implementing, and evaluating programs. Preparing reports on program activities. Developing and updating training materials and delivering training. This document outlines the major duties and responsibilities of the role, but other duties may be assigned as needed. Additional Responsibilities Managing data collection, quality control, and surveys; drafting programmatic reports. Creating requisitions and reconciling grant expenses. Conducting recruitment and establishing measures for research participant retention. Coordinating grant activities related to contractual obligations and partnerships. Conducting literature reviews and research on relevant topics. Developing and disseminating research questionnaires. Managing program communications and marketing as needed. Qualifications include at least four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred candidates will hold a master's degree and demonstrate strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, along with proficiency in relevant software applications. This is a 3-year, temporary position with renewal possibilities, requiring on-campus presence and occasional evening/weekend hours. The annual salary is $48,110.40.
