Caterpillar’s Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) Team is looking for someone who enjoys partnering with others in the delivery of best in class in Human Resources support at our Griffin GA facility. As the Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll be in our Griffin, Georgia office and will play a key role in positively impacting Caterpillar leaders and employees. Partner with colleagues to ensure new employees have an informative and engaging welcome to Caterpillar. This includes leading the logistics and managing the technical aspects of the new employee orientation, identifying, recommending, and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement. Support projects and programs to create a culture supporting Caterpillars values in action by engaging with colleagues to ensure a timely and accurate flow of information and resources. What you will have: Business Process Improvement:

You resolve problems when they arise by first actively listening and ensuring you understand the underlying concern. You engage and collaborate successfully with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure strong communication, alignment and understanding of the business and project deliverables. You often anticipate customer or partner requests and provide solutions proactively. In cases of unexpected customer/partner needs, you respond in a timely, positive manner and follow-through to ensure needs are met. Accuracy and Attention to Detail:

You understand the necessity and value of accuracy and complete work with high levels of precision. You check your work to ensure it is representative of your high standards of excellence while also being mindful of time constraints and demonstrating a sense of urgency. When mistakes occur, you learn from them, identify ways to avoid those errors in the future and apply the improvements. Human Resources Operations:

You manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately, follow operational processes and organizational policies to serve as a role model for Caterpillar Values and to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
