****Duties and Responsibilities****

* Replenish and ensure beauty of the gourmet food bar

* Provides support in the preparation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe

* Creates proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts

* Ensure that all inventory and fresh produce are to the highest standards

* Ensures cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas of work

* Assists in tracking expiration dates

* Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products

* Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

****Requirements****

* Restaurant experience preferred, not required.

* Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.

* Must be able to work a varying schedule, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
