customer service skills, and is accustomed working with people in a retail

capacity.

Managers lead the efficient and fast-paced

business at all times, particularly when the General Manager is not on duty.

They assist the GM in creating a work environment that is fun, engaging for the

team, and that recognizes and rewards high performance.

Duties:
•Store management
•Sales
•Administration (daily deposits, reporting, etc.)
•Customer Service
•Equipment Maintenance
•Training new hires

Requirements:
•Able to run a shift in general manager's

absence with integrity, honesty and knowledge
•High energy
•Superior communication skills
•Management experience
•Administrative & Organization skills
•Basic computer skills
•Must pass a criminal background check
•Must possess a valid driver's license

Physical Demands:
•Position will require you to be on your feet all day long
•Work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
•Might occasionally life and/or move more than 20 pounds
•Full Weekend availability/Holiday availability is a MUST
