As a Sr. Accountant in Omaha, NE, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry

This purpose of this ROLE is:
  • Provide a general accounting functions for various general ledger accounts and foreign currencies including the preparation and/or review of journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, analysis, and reporting to support the preparation of financial statements.
A Typical day at ACI for a JOB TITLE is:
  • Develops implements and/or maintains one or more accounting system modules including General Ledger.
  • Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.
  • Reconciles general ledger accounts and provides reporting that contributes to the preparation of:profit and loss, cash flow, income and balance sheet statements.
  • Provides record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions.
  • Provides accurate and timely audit information as requested .
  • May assist in the setup of processes and procedures that properly capture, track and report expenditures, intercompany, revenue and capitalization transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company financial policies.
  • May generate financial reports for internal and/or external use. May interpret reports and records for managers/stakeholders.
  • May be involved in reviewing, tracking and maintaining information in the financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax and other accounting regulations.
  • Coordinates or performs accounting functions for various general ledger accounts and foreign currencies including the preparation and/or review of journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, analysis, and reporting to support the preparation of financial statements.
  • Ensures compliance with internal control requirements and financial policies.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed to succeed in this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years related experience.
  • Proficient in usage of Oracle, Excel, and other MS Office applications

  • Attention to detail, audit, SEC reporting skills
