What You'll Do: Lead teams through all phases of project deliveryfrom planning to closeout Ensure scope, schedule, and budget targets are met while exceeding client expectations Champion health, safety, quality, and risk management across every project Drive business development efforts, from client engagement to contract negotiations Oversee roadway, highway, and traffic engineering designs Provide technical guidance and quality oversight Develop creative solutions tailored to client and site needs Strengthen relationships with UDOT and other key Utah agencies We empower our people to deliver bold solutions for everyday living. Here's What You'll Need: 15+ years of transportation or Utah state government project management experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Utah Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Proven leadership of multi-discipline infrastructure design and construction teams Strong networks and relationships in the Utah transportation market, including existing and potential clients and other consulting firms. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
