A Private Practice in North Jersey is actively seeking a self-motivated and collaborative professional to join their staff as their new Human Resources Generalist.

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for:

  • Creating job descriptions that align with values, tasks, and expectations
  • Recruitment by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and approving candidates to move to leadership stage two interviews
  • Onboarding new hires by sending offers, collecting paperwork, identification, and maintaining employee documents
  • Tracking time in ADP and managing the PTO policies and schedule
  • Creating a standardized disciplinary action protocol
  • Collaborating with leadership on disciplinary action and tracking the progress of any action, including probation
  • Creating a review process to ensure proper feedback is provided to employees
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Supporting the company's culture and growth by sourcing and onboarding candidates, as well as handling other human resources tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of human resource experience
  • Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
  • Proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
