Site/Civil Project Engineer Location: Tampa or Orlando, FL

Job Summary:

Seize the opportunity to be a driving force in our vibrant team based in Tampa or Orlando, FL, as a Site/Civil Project Engineer. Immerse yourself in the planning, design, and permitting of captivating civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects. Be a pivotal player in a team that tackles diverse, high-impact projects spanning healthcare, higher education, distribution, K-12, commercial, office, retail, mixed-use, and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Spearhead the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering projects, ensuring flawless coordination and client communication.

Direct site layout, grading, drainage, and infrastructure, shaping projects from visionary concepts to triumphant completion.

Cultivate and sustain client relationships, with an emphasis on unlocking new opportunities for innovative work.

Masterfully manage multiple projects within allocated budgets, schedules, and deadlines, ensuring resounding project success.

Contribute your expertise to report and proposal writing, crafting compelling narratives for feasibility studies, stormwater management reports, technical specifications, and utility reports.

Bring your prowess in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design, SWPPP preparation, and water quality compliance to the forefront.

Collaborate with office leadership to sculpt growth plans and optimize team resources.

Ignite inspiration among team members, mentoring, leading, and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Qualifications:

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Hold a valid Professional Engineer license.

Accumulate a stellar 6+ years of experience in site/civil land development.

Command knowledge of local land use processes and regulations.

Showcase your flair for client development, communication, and management.

Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D.

Exhibit a proven ability to excel both independently and within a dynamic team environment.
