Asbury Heights, under new leadership by Oakdale Seniors Alliance, is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Unit Manager In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional care for our senior residents, fostering a positive team environment, and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily nursing unit operations.
  • Ensure staff provides high-quality, compassionate care.
  • Develop and implement individualized resident care plans.
  • Monitor and document resident conditions and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.
