Journeyman Tool and Die Maker

Summary:The QTI Group is partnering with a family-owned fabrication shop in Horicon to recruit for a 1st shift full time DIRECT HIRE Journeyman Tool and Die Maker & Manager. Qualified candidates will have sheet metal stamping experience and be a leader in the industry of Tool and Die. As a Tool Room Manager, you will lead, mentor, and train one tool and die maker while actively engaging in tool-making duties. Key responsibilities include creating new tooling, maintaining existing tooling, machining components and products as per specifications, employing CAD/CAM for tooling component creation, participating in die protection installation and performance, and proficiently operating various machine tools such as drills, mills, CNC mills, and surface grinders. Hours: Monday to Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm.
