Position Summary:

This role executes pricing strategies that optimize organizational goals and objectives. Serving as pricing subject matter expert, this role assists in management and analysis of product price updates .

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support product management in the development of new and existing product pricing.
  • Collect data and conduct analysis to align product pricing w/ commercial goals.
  • Develop price models to forecast pricing scenarios, potential impacts and recommend strategic pricing changes.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive pricing strategies and compliance with internal and external polices.
  • Manage system changes for product pricing updates, verify accuracy through ongoing audits.
  • Engage with corporate IT to continually support and advance pricing systems.
  • Aid in product price update communication process, ensuring cross-functional awareness of changes.
  • Manage administration of pricing programs, working closely with Sales and Service Center teams.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures related to product price updates.
  • Complete ad hoc projects and other duties, as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field is preferred.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis or similar analytical experience.

Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL or other business intelligence tools. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
  • Working conditions associated with normal office environment.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, telephone, copier, printer, etc.).
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both small and large groups and settings.
  • Ability to traverse between multiple locations in Ohio and Pennsylvania as needed.
  • Occasional domestic and/or international travel may be required.
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
