Bartender (Part-time)

**Position: Bartender at Ember Social**

**Location:** Ember Social, 1329 Wisconsin Ave, Grafton, WI 53024

**Role Overview:**
As a part-time bartender at Ember Social, you'll be the heartbeat of our events, mixing drinks and crafting memorable experiences for our guests. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, showcasing your mixology skills, and ensuring our bar area remains clean and organized.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with attention to detail and presentation.
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and creating a friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory.
- Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth operations during events.
- Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we're happy to train passionate individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a team.
- A creative flair for mixology and a willingness to learn new techniques.
