Job Description:

To be an enthusiastic professional, providing the high level of service that will delight our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed all guests expectations
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing proper uniform and name tag.
  • Comply at all times with Omni standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
  • To be thoroughly acquainted with all technical equipment to fully utilize its capabilities and extend efficient services to guests
  • Be familiar with all espresso drink varieties and know how make them to consistent standards
  • Maintain proper inventory controls utilizing first in, first out method of inventory
  • Ensure all products are made to meet specifications consistently
  • Utilize a commercial milkshake mixer
  • Collect payment to Omni standards.
  • Follow health, sanitation, and safety guidelines for all products
  • Adapt to changing drink specials and promotions
Qualifications:
  • Past experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Must have the ability to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift for up to 8 hours.
  • Excellent communication & guest service skills.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays.
