divh2Warehouse Specialist I/h2pSBM Management is looking for a Warehouse Specialist I The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for safely receiving, storing, shipping, and issuing equipment, material, supplies, merchandise, foodstuffs, or tools, and will compile stock records in stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard by performing the following duties./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliPerform basic administrative/physical tasks involved in receiving indirect/expense materials destined for the Gilead sites: Coordinate receipt documentation; Oracle using MSCA or desktop application; Physical movement and/or delivery of goods; Email communication with vendor/carrier to resolve issues; Forklift operation/liliPerform Oracle transactions associated with receipt of all indirect/expense materials through internal computer systems, including troubleshooting to rectify issues, which could affect Gilead timelines/liliPerform physical tasks involved in supporting the receipt of raw materials and components destined for the Gilead operations/liliNotify relevant departments as items are received/liliSupport the physical exam of incoming shipments, products, or samples to ensure they meet specifications and match paperwork/liliIdentify and record deviations and escalate to supervisor to ensure on-time delivery of material and return of rejected or unsuitable orders/liliTake independent action to ensure on-time delivery of material, and initiates action for return of rejected or unsuitable orders/liliCoordinate with internal departments for quick and accurate distribution of indirect/expense materials/liliAdhere consistently to SOPs and cGMPs/liliComply with all safety related procedures and practices/liliComfortable working on routine tasks and proactively communicating progress of workload/liliPicking/pulling material based on Oracle Pick List/liliPreparing Shipment for Verification from Gilead FTE/liliPacking Products per SOPs/liliSupport FedEx/UPS during pick up/scanning/liliPalletize, V-Board and Shrink wrap outbound shipments/liliEnd of Day Inventory checks/liliLoad trailers/liliPerform transactions associated with distribution processes through internal and external computer systems, including troubleshooting to rectify issues, which could affect Gilead timelines/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliRequired to have valid Drivers license/liliCompleted all safety and task training certifications/liliHigh school diploma/ GED/liliPrevious experience in a warehouse setting preferred/li/ulpShift: Monday- Friday (7:00am-3:30pm) Wednesday - Saturday (6:00am-6:00am)/ppCompensation: $22.00 -$24.00 per hour/ppSBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal-opportunity workplaces.
